    Whelen Howler Speaker And Amplifier. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail or ups ground. This speaker and amplifier been fully tested and 100% works. As you can see in the photos this does have some cosmetic wear and Imperfections including dings scratches scuffs chip portions of plastic etc. One of the tabs on the wire harness is broke. Again this is been tested with a hundred what amplifier and the howler does function as intended. The wires to the howler may need to be replaced or covered with heat shrink due to some of the plastic wearing off. Good set for someone that is wanting to add the capabilities of a holler but does not mind the Cosmetic issues no bracket is included.
