STRENGTHEN & SUPPORT. ACTIVATOR helps strengthen the core with the unique ergonomic CoreGrip that engages core muscles as you walk, helping to burn up to 20% to 46% more calories than walking without poles. Plus, it also helps support the wrist in a neutral position to reduce strain.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT. Each 2-section collapsible pole may be adjusted to your height, suitable for heights of 4'2" to 6' (127 to 182 cm). When collapsed, its length is 29" (74 cm).
ENHANCED FEATURES. ACTIVATOR has a button locking system to secure the internal twist system. Also included are a strapless ergonomic rubber grip with wide ledge; bell-shaped tips for stability; a carbide metal tip for trails, the beach, and snow; removable boot tips; snow & trekking baskets; and a Velcro strap to secure the poles together for storage.
