TIG Welding Back Purge Plug Sanitary Stainless Steel 2" to 2.5" Inconel Titanium

One of our customers, Strictly Modified, who uses the HTP Invertig 221 to build his performance parts designed this purge plug kit.  The kit has been in development for months.  It took a lot of development to determine the best sizing per plug, best taper angle to give the best bite,  and ease of installation and removal.  No more wasted argon.  No more messing with tin foil.  Tested by Strictly Modified day in and day out these plugs  flawlessly.  For easier removal, we have machined flats on the top of the plug, so they can be quickly removed by twisting with a wrench.
These plugs are excellent for manifold fabrication, collectors, dump tubes, and will even fit inside wastegate flanges, anywhere back purging is needed.  These are great for sanitary welding.  Keep the tin foil in the kitchen where it belongs, and save set up time and money in wasted argon and maximize your productivity.  Tap them in and you are ready to go, removal is a snap.
Comes complete with 6 ft argon 9mm quick connect hose with standard 5/8-18 RH male fitting for Argon Flowmeters.

(1)  9mm male qiock connect - 3/16" barb
(1) 1/4" NPT male vent fitting
(2) hose clamps
(1) NP-72 standard "B" argon fitting
(1) 5/8-18 male nut
(1) 6 ft of hose
(the hose may be black, blue, or red)
