These were bought for something, but never used, they've been sitting in storage for around 4 years.  These are designed to be mounted in some kind of recessed tube or base plate (which we don't have) and then bend out of the way when hit by cars.  They can be buried in the ground easily.  Here's the details on them:
White in color - the flash on the camera bounced off the reflective tape and messed up the color.  Check the third picture to see the color.
Round post (2 1/4" outside diameter)
Two bands of Silver reflective tape on top
Height is about 36" or 3'
Have a pin near the bottom which locks in to a base unit (pin is easily removed)
Sell for over EACH.
Great for marking driveways, parking lots, mounting signs on, etc.
