    This listing is for 1 comfort bag made out of flannel. The flannel is 100% cotton fabric. This bag has a brown checkered print pattern. The bag contains corn kernels (not popping corn). These kernels will NOT pop in your microwave.
    This pillow that is filled with corn is so comforting!  Place this bag in the microwave on high for 3 minutes. (Microwave ovens differ in time needed to get the bag warm enough to help.) As with everything safety comes first. Only use a microwave to heat this bag. I do mine for 3 minutes. If too hot to touch, allow to cool or wrap in a towel. Then apply the bag to the troubled spot and ease your pain.
    For older adults, who suffer from aches or pains regularly, these bags are great and safer than a heating pad.
