Personalized Medical Alert Bracelet with interchangeable links
and a 20mm dangle Medical Alert Charm
with your medical condition, needs or contact information.
Adjustable 7" (inch) bracelet is sized for a slightly snug fit on your wrist.  We can adjust it to any size.  Please let us know if you need it smaller or larger we can add or remove additional links for you at no extra charge.
Stainless steel bracelet stretches over your wrist eliminating the need for a clasp and allows you to add medical information at any time by adding individual links with any newly diagnosed conditions, allergies, medications, or important information.  You simply remove a link from the bracelet and add the new link(s) as needed.  No need to replace your bracelet if something new is diagnosed or changes, just add a new link to the existing bracelet.  Dangle charms can also be updated at any time by purchasing a new charm and adding it to the bracelet.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please send us a message through eBay message system with the personalized information you would like us to put on the dangle charm.  Please limit the text to no more than 12 characters per line and 4 lines max.
Charm is sealed with a clear epoxy dome on each side.
Listing is for one 7" bracelet as pictured with 18 links and one dangle charm.
This bracelet is not intended for children under the age of 5 because of choking hazard.
These are water resistant but should not be worn when bathing or swimming.
