We are liquidators, not users of this type of equipment.  This is from the no longer needed equipment warehouse of a client we help liquidate their no longer needed/excess equipment.
Condition: Appears very clean and had very little usage.  It appears to work electronically.  Pump pumps inside when printer told to "Start".  But when a "start printer" procedure is done, the printer pumps for a little while and then it gives one of two faults.  It gives either:  "4000 - Time out emptying measurement chamber" fault or "4040-Ink Empty" fault.  Evidently either the cartridge or the printer or both are jammed.  I don't know how to do anything any further than what I did in this limited test process.  From the Printing and Faults history screens shown in photos 8-13, it appears to have been nearly unused since it's original 40000 prints made in year of manufacture in 2014.  Since then, just a couple printouts and faults here and there and that is it.  Request other screens if so needed to see more history.
Buyer will presumably need to have ability to unjam the cartridge or print line or something along that concept so as to allow ink the ability to flow.
Includes the Markem stand as seen in photos.  If you want to pay a little less for shipping, let me know and I can not included the stand if it is not needed.  Ink and additive cartridges will be discarded before shipment as it appears they are too old to use.
