You will be buying this NEW Handmade Penn State Fidget Activity Lap Blanket designed on quilted fabric. It measures approx. 15" x 18" and has lots of items to keep your loved one occupied. Top left corner has a fleece knubbie pieces of fabric with a Penn State knitted hat and along the one side is fleece fringes other side has ribbon loops with plastic rings. Top right corner has Penn State fabric and under that is another piece of fabric with rope loops. Under that is a working zipper with a PSU lion as the pull. Under that is Blue and White wooden beads with 2 plastic rings that can be slide over the beads.   Under the knitted hat are loops for lacing and tying and also a scrubbie that is textured on both sides and in the lower left corner is a piece of Penn State fabric. All items are securely attached for hours of entertainment and there is nothing with any kind of sharp edges for their safety.
