    I
have been a coin collector for nearly 50 years, but I am not a professional dealer or coin grader.
The coins I’m selling come from my personal collection. Coin grading is highly subjective and I do not put grades on my coins.
I do, however, provide high resolution scans so that buyers can make their own determinations.
I do not use “stock” photos and so the coin pictured is EXACTLY the coin you will receive.
I guarantee that each coin is authentic, but make no guarantee regarding whether any grading service will slab it or give a numerical grade.
I also generally make no assertions about whether a coin may or may not have been cleaned.
Older coins, especially those issued before the twentieth century were often cleaned and this can be extremely difficult to detect, especially if done long ago.
I WILL mention defects which are not clearly visible in the photograph, but please study the photos carefully. I generally do not accept returns unless I’ve made significant errors in my description.
I do want buyers to be satisfied with their purchases and am happy to answer any questions speedily and to the best of my ability.
However, please remember questions should be asked early-on, and that waiting until the last minute to ask me a question is unlikely to yield results.
