Simple screw thread operation. either use a 19mm socket / spanner.
Will take out clamp rings / dents etc.
Enables two equal sized pipes to slot over each other for a better joint by expanding one pipe so it slots over the other.

Small expander ranges from 30mm 45mm.
Medium expander ranges from 40mm 60mm.
