Cooper Rand 9V voice box speech aid tracheosto pre-owned with some wear on the unit still in a good clean condition.  I don't know anything about it and how to test the item, so I sale the item AS-IS.  Don't know whether the battery still holds a charger.  Please check the pictures for the details of the item for this auction.  You will only receive the item shows in the pictures, nothing else more.  All sales are final no return or exchange accept.
